We're sitting on a goldmine of healthcare data – and that's why we're looking for a Data Scientist who can transform this data into game-changing insights.
🎯 Your mission
As a Data Scientist, you'll be the detective who discovers patterns in our healthcare data. You'll build predictive models that can forecast no-shows, optimize planning algorithms, and help healthcare providers make better decisions.
You'll translate complex healthcare data into concrete insights that help thousands of patients and healthcare providers.
🔬 What will you do?
- Predictive modeling: Working on our no-show prediction model and contributing to more accurate results.
- AI Call center: Building our system that automatically calls patients to confirm or cancel appointments.
- LLM Integrations: Experimenting with GPTs in our app and via WhatsApp, so patients can manage their own appointments.
- Azure AI/ML: Working with Azure tools to train, deploy and monitor models in production.
- Data Exploration: Analyzing data to discover patterns, trends and new features.
- Collaboration: Working with our AI team and developers to turn research into practice.
- Data pipeline management: Ensuring our data is clean, reliable and analytics-ready.
🎓 Who are you?
- You have 1-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
- You master Python and libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn.
- You have experience with machine learning techniques: classification, regression, clustering, time series forecasting.
- You're strong in SQL and database querying for data extraction and analysis.
- You have knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- You can explain complex analyses simply to non-technical stakeholders.
- You speak fluent English; knowledge of Dutch is handy but not required.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus, but not required – we're happy to teach you!

We're growing internationally – and that's why we're looking for an ambitious Back-end Developer who wants to work on our international synchronizations and integrations.
🎯 Your mission
As a Back-end Developer, you'll help build the backbone of TurnUp. You'll write code that synchronizes thousands of appointments between our platform and external software systems used in Belgium and abroad.
You'll be the architect behind reliable, scalable systems that support healthcare institutions worldwide.
⚡ What will you do?
- International integrations: Developing connections with systems like Dentally (UK).
- Synchronizations: Building and maintaining reliable syncs between patient and scheduling systems.
- Testing & quality: Setting up and improving unit tests and integration tests to guarantee the stability of these syncs.
- Performance tuning: Optimizing APIs and database queries so synchronizations run fast and scalably.
- Architecture: Contributing to technical decisions and the evolution of our backend architecture.
- Team collaboration: Working with front-end and AI colleagues to realize international features end-to-end.
💻 Who are you?
- You have 1-5 years of experience as a Back-end Developer.
- You master C#/.NET (our core back-end technology) and are familiar with modern frameworks.
- You have strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
- You have experience with API design, REST services and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud services is a plus.
- You speak fluent English – knowledge of Dutch is handy, but not required.

As a Marketing & Social Media Intern, you'll become part of our energetic marketing team. You'll get the space to experiment, learn, and put your own stamp on our campaigns.
You'll bring fresh ideas for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and video content, helping TurnUp reach an ever-growing audience.
💻 What will you do?
- Video hero: Shooting, editing and posting short videos for TikTok, Reels and Stories.
