💡 Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar role.
- Proactive and customer-focused: you take ownership and keep customers moving forward.
- Fluent in English; French is a must; Dutch, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
- Strong at switching between customer contact and internal processes.
- Eager to learn and curious – you want to understand how things work and how they can be improved.
- Tools like HubSpot, Chargebee or MS Forms? A bonus, but we'll get you up to speed.

🎯 Your mission
As Senior Sales Executive, you own new enterprise revenue and drive TurnUp's expansion into strategic healthcare groups in Belgium, the UK, and the US.
This role has full accountability for outcomes — not just activities.
💪 What will you do?
- Close new enterprise and DSO accounts end-to-end
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (operations, finance, IT, leadership)
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline with 3–5× coverage
- Position TurnUp as a strategic ROI partner, not a point solution
- Secure high-value strategic partnerships that serve as market references
- Actively contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
✈️ International field work – UK & US
- → Active presence at international healthcare trade shows and congresses (e.g. Chicago Dental Society Midwinter, BDIA Dental Showcase)
- → On-site meetings with decision-makers in the UK and US — you go to them, not the other way around
- → Translating regional market insights from the UK and US into our product roadmap and go-to-market approach

At target performance, you will:
- Maintain 3–5× pipeline coverage with consistent velocity
- Drive enterprise-level deal sizes with predictable close rates
- Create strategic impact beyond individual deals — references, rollouts, upsell paths
- Represent TurnUp credibly at international conferences and executive meetings

🎓 Who are we looking for?
Direct, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating across borders without hand-holding.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Proven track record in proactive outbound enterprise sales — you can point to the deals you closed and your role in them
- Experience with healthcare, DSOs, or multi-site organizations is a strong plus
- Comfortable selling ROI to C-level and operational decision-makers
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to the UK and US
🌍 Language requirements
English is the primary working language for this role. Excellent written and spoken English is a hard requirement — you will be presenting to C-level executives and closing deals in the UK and US market.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset for our Belgian operations, but secondary to English proficiency.

🎯 Your mission
As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you'll be the detective who discovers patterns in our healthcare data. You'll build predictive models that can forecast no-shows, optimize planning algorithms, and help healthcare providers make better decisions.
You'll translate complex healthcare data into concrete insights that help thousands of patients and healthcare providers.
🔬 What will you do?
You'll work on AI that directly determines the behavior of our application. No proof-of-concepts that disappear into a drawer, but models that are used every day.
Your main focus:
- Maintaining and improving our existing predictive AI model as our dataset grows.
- Contributing to predictions when booking appointments, so patients are automatically scheduled based on their profile and attendance probability.
- Close collaboration with the back-end and front-end team to correctly translate model insights into:
- the application
- dashboards for healthcare practices
- Setting up and refining feedback loops such as: no-show data → model → follow-up strategy
- Contributing to new AI-driven products, including:
- outgoing AI call centers
- incoming AI call centers
- an AI chatbot in our mobile app
🎓 Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for an academic profile who only wants to play with datasets, but someone who wants to build models that get used.
What we value:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Strong in:
- cleaning data and correctly interpreting it
- establishing connections between different datasets
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning practices

As a Back-end Developer, you'll help build the backbone of TurnUp. You'll write code that synchronizes thousands of appointments between our platform and external software systems used in Belgium and abroad.
