TurnUp World for Dentists

Protect your chair time and revenue, without extra work for your team.

Fewer no-shows, cancellations refilled from the waitlist and a full diary, while your team keeps working in the system it already knows.

The day as it runs now

A full diary at 08:00 is not a full day

What an ordinary day looks like from the chair.

08:00

The diary is full. Two of today's patients have missed before, and nobody has checked whether they are coming.

09:30

A no-show. Forty minutes with the surgery ready, the nurse waiting and nothing to bill.

11:40

A late cancellation. Reception is with a patient, so the slot stays empty.

15:00

A patient who wanted an earlier date is still waiting for one, three weeks out.

18:00

As a result, the day's takings are below what the diary promised this morning.

After all, every empty slot costs the same as a full one: you already pay for the surgery, the team and your time.

"Calling patients gets you nowhere when half of them don't pick up. With TurnUp World, our diaries barely have any gaps left."

Common questions

01

Will this add work for my team?

No, it takes work away. Meanwhile, reminders, confirmations, follow-up calls and the refilling of cancelled slots run automatically. Your team keeps booking in the practice software it already uses, and only sees the appointments that need a human decision, on one short list rather than spread across the day.
02

How does it protect my revenue?

By keeping booked chair time in use. TurnUp World follows up appointments likely to fail early and rebooks patients who cannot come instead of losing them. In addition, it offers a released slot to waiting patients straight away. Every week, you see the chair time recovered and its value at your own appointment fee.
03

Does it contact patients on my behalf?

Yes, in your practice's name. Patients receive reminders and offers by SMS, email or the patient app, and also calls from our AI call agent. You decide the wording, the timing and which treatments are included, and every contact is logged so you can see exactly what was sent.
04

How quickly does it pay for itself?

That depends on your no-show rate, your cancellations and your appointment value, so we work it out on your own figures before you decide. Every quote states the recovered chair time needed to break even, so you can judge the case against your own diary rather than an industry average.
05

Does it use clinical notes?

No. The no-show model uses attendance and cancellation history, booking lead time, treatment type and length, slot time and reminder responses. However, the model never uses clinical notes and never buys in patient data from outside. In addition, your practice remains the controller of all patient data under a data processing agreement.
06

Does it work with our practice software?

Yes. TurnUp World connects to Dentally, DentAdmin, Exquise, Progenda and System for Dentists and reads bookings, cancellations and changes in real time. Where the PMS supports it, outcomes are written straight back. As a result, your team keeps booking in the software it already uses, nobody types anything twice, and every outcome TurnUp World handles appears in the diary straight away.
