From the letter on your desk

I'm Amir. I work with Dentally practices on the two quiet leaks in every diary, ~10% whitespace and ~5% FTA.

Watch the short video below, then pick a slot if it's worth your time.

"Our front desk team isn't glued to the phone all day anymore. They can give real attention to patients walking in."

Before you ask

The video call is a proper working session. I pull up benchmarks for practices your size on Dentally and we go through where your diary is leaking. The phone call is the short version: four questions, a rough number, and you decide whether the hour is worth booking.

It's booked as 60 so we're not watching the clock, but it ends when you've got what you came for. Most run about forty. If you'd rather start small, take the 10-minute phone call instead.

It's a qualifying call, both ways. I'm working out whether your practice is a fit for us as much as the other way round. If it isn't, I'll say so and you won't hear from me again.

No. TurnUp sits on top of Dentally. Nothing moves, nothing changes for your front desk, and there's no new system for the team to learn.

Saturdays and Sundays are on there because that's often the only time a practice manager isn't being interrupted. If a Sunday morning is genuinely easier for you, take it. I'd rather that than a rushed twenty minutes on a Tuesday.

Straight off my own calendar. If it's shown here, it's genuinely free, and it disappears the moment someone else takes it.

Used for this one meeting. Not added to a marketing list, not passed to anyone else, and one word from you removes it entirely.

Sixty minutes on video, or ten on the phone.

Your call which, evenings and weekends included. Worst case you learn what comparable Dentally practices are running at.
